HOW DO WE WORK
01-Receive Inquiries: The first step in garments costing is to receive inquiries from potential customers or clients. This can be done through various means such as email, phone calls, or in-person meetings. The inquiries will usually include details such as the type of garment, quantity required, fabric specifications, and any special requirements or customization needed.
2- Costing: Once the inquiries have been received, the next step is to prepare a detailed costing for the garment. This involves calculating the cost of raw materials, labor, overheads, transportation, packaging, and any other associated costs. The costing should be detailed and accurate to ensure that the final price quoted to the customer covers all expenses and provides a reasonable profit margin.
03-Sampling: After the costing has been finalized and approved by the customer, the next step is to proceed with sampling. This involves creating a prototype or sample of the garment based on the customer's specifications. The sample is usually sent to the customer for approval before moving on to production.
04-Production: Once the sample has been approved, the production of the garments can begin. This involves sourcing the raw materials, cutting and sewing the fabric, quality control checks during the production process, and finishing and packaging the garments. The production process should be closely monitored to ensure that the garments are being made to the required quality standards and within the agreed time frame.
05-Shipment and Handover: Once the production is complete, the final step is to arrange for shipment and handover of the goods to the forwarder or shipping company. This involves coordinating with the logistics team to ensure that the goods are packed and shipped according to the customer's requirements. The forwarder will then take care of the transportation and delivery of the goods to the customer's designated location.
